Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability for Spiritual Faith Based Healing. I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in spiritual faith based healing sessions offered by Mystic of the Universe. I understand that the spiritual healing sessions may involve physical, emotional, and energetic processes that could potentially result in physical or emotional discomfort, injury, or adverse reactions. I acknowledge that the practice of spiritual healing may not be suitable for everyone and may not produce the intended results. In consideration for being permitted to participate in the spiritual healing sessions, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the practice, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, and any other consequences that may arise. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Mystic of the Universe, its owners/employees, volunteers, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (hereinafter referred to as “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, while participating in the spiritual healing sessions. I understand and agree that this waiver of liability is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of California and that if any portion of this waiver is held invalid, the remainder of the waiver shall continue in full force and effect. I further agree that this waiver of liability shall be binding on my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives. I have read this waiver of liability and fully understand its terms, and I voluntarily agree to be bound by its provisions
